COVID-19 SPA PROTOCOLS


Dear Guest,


We hope you are looking forward to your visit, we are so happy you are coming to see us!


If you have been to our Spa before, the experience will be a little different than you remember but we are making every effort to provide the nurturing environment and top-notch services you

are accustomed to.


We ask that you wait outside or in your car until the time of your service. We will send a text message when your technician is ready for you. Please avoid bringing extra items with you since you will not

have access to lockers or the steam room.


If you have any of the following symptoms, or if you generally feel unwell, please call the Spa as soon as possible to reschedule your service: fever, cough, shortness of breath, diminished sense
of taste or smell.


Once you are in the Spa, here are some things

to anticipate:

 

  • When you have received your text and enter the Spa, your technician will walk you back with a stop at the restroom to wash your hands.

  • Staff and guests will wear masks while in the Spa

 

  • Temperatures will be taken upon arrival

 

  • If you are having a Massage or Facial, you will disrobe in the treatment room. If you are having multiple services that require undressing, we will provide you with a robe.

 

  • To minimize exposure, the relaxation room will be available only to those with multiple appointments. We are happy to bring you water or tea.

 

  • We will ask guests to maintain a 6-foot distance from other guests not in their household.

 

  • At check out, we prefer to use the credit card on file whenever possible.

 

  • Please be assured that we will be diligently cleaning and sterilizing all surfaces throughout the day
