We hope you are looking forward to your visit, we are so happy you are coming to see us! If you have been to our Spa before, the experience will be a little different than you remember but we are making every effort to provide the nurturing environment and
top-notch services you are accustomed to.
We are now offering the option to use a locker and change into a robe for guests having Massage or Facials. (Steam room remains closed.) If you are interested in doing this, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your service start time. If you would like to just change in the treatment room, or if you are coming in for Nail services or waxing, 5 minutes is adequate. Hotel guests may arrive in a robe from their guest room and Spa sandals are available upon request. If you have any of the following symptoms, or if you generally feel unwell, please call the Spa as soon as possible to reschedule your service: fever, cough, shortness of breath, diminished sense of taste or smell.
Once you are in the Spa, here are some things to anticipate:
· Staff and guests will wear masks while at all times unless receiving a Facial.
· We ask that you maintain a 6-foot distance from other guests not in your pod while in the locker room and relaxation room.
· No outside food or drinks will be permitted in the Spa at this time.
· Please be assured that we will be diligently cleaning and sterilizing all surfaces throughout the day
